All prospective patients complete an initial consultation for which no fee is charged. The consultation can be held in at the Songbird clinic or over the phone. During this time, you will have a one-on-one consult with me about your case. This is to ensure that you are a good candidate for treatment at the clinic, and that you are comfortable with my philosophy and approach.

At the end of your free consultation, you will have the opportunity to schedule your full intake appointment. At the intake, I will go over your case and medical history in detail, develop a comprehensive treatment plan, and give you your first acupuncture treatment.

Tips for a Great Visit

• Please have a light meal or snack prior to your visit.
• Please wear loose-fitting, stretchy clothing or bring shorts to change into.
• Please bring all medical records relating to your condition, as well as a list of your current medications and any dietary supplements you may be taking.
• Your time is valuable. I do my best to attend to you in less than 10 minutes.
• If you are running late, please send a brief text or voice message. If you cannot make your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice. Repeated cancellations will be charged the full price of the visit.
• Bringing your child for a pediatric visit? Snacks and toys are welcome in the office to help keep little ones happy during their session.
