Root cause assessment: You and I will take plenty of time to discuss your goals, your skin’s history, and and any other relevant factors to determine the root causes of any skin aging or issues you’re experiencing.
Facial Acupuncture Reset: From your very first session, I’ll use fast-acting, safe acupuncture protocols that are personalized for your face and skin care goals. Depending on your needs, I will also use facial massage, cupping, gua sha, or jade rolling. You’ll leave my office feeling relaxed, with a renewed glow.
“Love The Skin You’re In” Plan of Care: I don’t believe in cookie-cutter health care. At your initial visit, I’ll develop a personalized plan to help you look and feel your best. Your treatment plan will include one or more of the following therapies: specialized acupuncture techniques, key herbal medicine or supplements, skin care recommendations, at-home guasha or jade rolling recommendations, and relaxation and/or movement exercises.
Personalized Nutritional Support – I’ll make sure you have a manageable nutritional plan that supports your growing baby as well as all of your body’s systems.

Many people notice improved skin tone and clarity after their very first session, as well as a sense of relaxation and well-being. A full course of treatment can result in positive changes that can last a number of years, with periodic maintenance.
Facial acupuncture uses extremely fine, small needles. You will experience minimal discomfort, if any. Because all acupuncture treatment causes a shift in the nervous system, most people find their treatments relaxing and enjoyable. Many look forward to their “acupuncture nap”!
Yes, you can. However, it’s generally best to wait at least 2-3 weeks after fillers or a Botox injection to begin your facial rejuvenation protocol. If you have had other procedures done, please contact the Songbird office to discuss whether facial rejuvenation treatments are right for you.
No! Facial rejuvenation treatments are a great option for younger skin as well. Acne, hormonal breakouts, rosacea, and sun damage can all be addressed with treatment. Facial treatments are also a wonderful preventive strategy prior to the hormonal changes and signs of aging that often occur around perimenopause or menopause.
